IOB is Pleased to Offer an easy simple and flexible Easy Payment Plan (EPP) for our customers primarily within the Wedding or Large Events but also anyone whos looking for flexibility to bring their Event a reality.

How does it work?

Like any other Contract we take a retainer for our Products and Services to be rendered at a later time,then we divide the balance in convenient small payments

Can I put any product or service in my EPP?

Yes any Product or Service provided directly by Image of Beauty or its Franchisees

Do I need to spend a certain amount to get an EPP?

While we can accommodate most events we do recommend to set an EPP in purchases of $1,000.00 CAD or Over Yet we are flexible to accommodate Purchased below this threshold.

What Forms of payment do you take for EPP?

We can accept CASH, E Transfer,and most Major Cards including VISA Mastercard JBC AMEX we do not accept Checks and there is a 4% surcharge when paying with Credit Cards

When will my payments begin?

Depending on when your event is it will determine the number of payments so lets break it down as follows based on a $1,000.00 Purchase including GST and non credit card payment is settled:

• If the event is 6 months away Retainer $550.00 and 5 equal payments of $100.00
• If the event is 12 mo. away Retainer $350.00 and 8 equal payments of $87.50
• If the event is 12+ mo away Retained $150.00 and 12 equal payments of $75.00

When are my payments due?

We usually  schedule your payments on the middle of the month either the 8th or 15th of each month  depending on your wedding day and your own household budget however the Balance must be paid on the last cut off, and in Any case no later than 2 weeks PRIOR of the Event.

What happens if I cant settle my balance before the due or last due date?

Like with any creditor,please call us and notify us as soon as possible to make payment arrangements we understand things come up and planning a big event can be costly and we are not the only vendor you have to pay,we are flexible but we are also a small business, please refer to your contract for more detailed information.
